Your active courses (any course which has not yet expired) are displayed on the Active Courses tab, organized into the following groups.
Current Courses
Expert-Led Live courses which have started but not yet ended, and On-Demand courses which have not yet been completed, are listed under Current Courses with the earliest end dates first. These are courses which are in progress and therefore have higher priority.
Upcoming Courses
Expert-Led Live courses which have not yet started are listed under Upcoming Courses with the earliest start dates first.
Ended Courses
Expert-Led Live courses that have ended, and On-Demand courses that have been completed, are listed under Ended Courses with the earliest expiry dates first. You still have access to these courses until their expiry dates, after which they will be moved to the Expired Courses tab.
How do I get to a course?
Once you are registered in a course, you must accept the end-user license agreement (EULA) before you are granted access. Click the Confirm button (yellow checkmark icon) to view and accept the EULA. You will only see the other buttons after you click Confirm.
Once you have confirmed the course, click the Go to Course (green play icon) icon to go into the course.
Click the Calendar button (red calendar icon) to see the meeting link, and download the calendar invite files for the live sessions. These can then be imported into your normal calendar program.
If you see the Unenroll button (red X icon), this means you have to ability to drop the class (likely because you self-registered from a Learning Plan).
Progress Bar
Your progress through each course is tracked via a progress bar below the course information, allowing you to see at a glance how much of the course content you have already completed.
If you see a message "You will be able to access this course ..." - you will need to wait until this date and time to be able to access the course material for an upcoming class. Note that once you have entered a course, you can can no longer unenroll.
If you see "Click Confirm Course to complete your course registration" - you will need to click the yellow "Confirm" button.
If you see "Not Attempted" - you have not entered your course yet.
When you first enter a course, or if a course has no tracked activities, there is no progress to display. In this case, the progress bar simply states “In Progress”.
As you complete the various activities within the course, however, the progress bar displays the percentage of your completed activities. In the example below, the user has completed 15% of the course activities.
Please note: Course activities can vary widely in their complexity and the typical time required to complete them. If you spent 30 minutes completing the first 25% of the activities, that does not necessarily mean that it will take you another 90 minutes to complete them all.
In addition, it’s possible to complete a course without completing all of the activities within that course.
If you see "Incomplete" - the course has ended and you had not completed the course.
Once you have completed a course (usually after passing the final assessment or completing the required activities), the progress will show as "Completed".
