There are 3 different course types that you may be registered in, with slightly different characteristics. They can be distinguished by the blue icon to the left of the course title.

On-Demand Courses

On-Demand course are entirely self-paced, similar to traditional eLearning courses. There are no live sessions as part of the course. On-Demand courses do not have start or end dates, but your access to the course will expire on the date listed.

Expert-Led Live Courses

Expert-Led Live courses are live online sessions with an Award Solutions Subject Matter Expert (SME). These courses typically last several hours and may span multiple days. Expert-Led Live courses have a scheduled start and end date, but you will typically have access to the course content for 6 months after the course ends.

 Blended Courses

Blended courses combine the online learning aspects of On-Demand courses with the live interactions of Expert-Led Live courses. These courses typically span multiple weeks with live and self-paced learning elements mixed throughout the course. As with Expert-Led Live courses, you will usually have access to the course content for 6 months after the course ends.
