1. Change your web browser to Chrome for the best experience. Then go to awardsolutions.zoom.us/join and enter the meeting ID provided in your invitation
2. Download Zoom Meetings as prompted. The “join from your browser” option provides limited functionality.
3. Close any applications that are not in use.
