If you get an email that looks like the screenshot below, that means you are part of a Learning Plan that was purchased by your company to access On-Demand courses, Expert Led courses, or both.
Accessing the Learning Plan
This email should come from "mylearning@awardsolutions.com" with the subject "Learning Plan Access - <Plan Name>" Click on the link "learning dashboard" in the email to login to the training portal and access the plan.
Browsing Courses in the Learning Plan
Once you login, you should land on your Dashboard -> Learning Plans tab. If not, click on the Learning Plans tab.
From here, you should be able to see the Learning Plan name, and a list of courses available to you in that plan. It also shows the plan expiry date. You won't be able to access any courses in your Learning Plan after the expiry date.
(If you are in multiple learning plans, you will see a section for each plan.)
You can change your view by using the filters or Display as List.
The list view shows more information about the course.
For each course, there are several buttons:
NOTE: If you don't see courses in your Learning Plan tab, you may have been assigned the courses already. Go to your "Active Courses" tab to see these courses.
Registering for Courses in the Learning Plan
Once you find a course you want to take, click on the green Register button to register for that class. Then click Register below.
You will be navigated to the "Active Courses" tab. Find your course and click on the yellow checkmark to confirm your course registration.
Accept the license agreement by clicking on Confirm.
Click on the green play button to start the course.
Accessing Courses You've Registered For Already
Each time you need to login again to resume your course(s), simply login to the training portal and go to "Active Courses," find your course and click the green play button. The course should remember where you left off and you can resume from there.
