Our goal is to return laptops for a small group of people that only had one Award laptop.
NOTE: IF YOU DELIVER COURSES, PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED.
REMINDER: THE LAPTOP MUST BE WIPED/RESET PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. ALL DATA ON THE LAPTOP WILL BE LOST.
Step 1: Verify
- Verify that all essential applications are accessible from the Accenture laptop
- Verify that OneNote notebooks are accessible from Accenture laptop
- Verify that all personal files including medical data, tax data, photos are removed from Award's OneDrive account.
- Verify that OneDrive sync is healthy and critical files are visible from Chrome/Edge on Accenture laptop.
- Verify that python files are stored in Award's GitHub and accessible from Accenture laptop.
Step 2: Wipe
- Send an email to support@awardsolutions.com with the following:
- Serial number and/or name of laptop
- UPS Tracking number from the shipping label provided by Accenture
- Confirm the laptop was successfully wiped
- Ship the laptop, keyboard, power cord (per Accenture, you may keep the Surface Pen)
