Award Solutions is continually adding security enhancements. An email-based Two-Factor authentication is in place to protect user accounts.
If you are asked to set up Two-Factor authentication (2FA), you will see the following:
- Log in to the website with your email and password.
- You are prompted to configure 2FA.
- Click on "Get Started." You will receive an email with a One Time Passcode (OTP) to verify your email address. The email will come from mylearning@awardsolutions.com. Please note that this OTP will expire after 10 minutes, unless another is requested.
NOTE: This might take up to a minute. If you click "Get Started" multiple times, you will receive multiple emails. Please use the last one you receive. - Enter your 6-digit OTP and click "Verify."
- You should be logged in. Two-Factor Authentication is now configured.
- From now on, when you log out and log back in, you will be prompted to enter a new OTP sent to your email address.
